Founding partner Professor Paolo Redi has been a pioneer in Photovoltaic systems since the 1970s. With his unrivalled knowledge and experience few in this industry can claim such a profound understanding of the photovoltaic energy business. Formerly the founding partner of Sistemi Energetici Integrati s.r.l. established in 1979, Paolo developed one of the first system integrators in Europe. His passionate spirit led him to design and refine literally 1000s more PV systems including most of the Italian National Railway network’s signaling systems. His level-headedness and wisdom are a major asset while his groundbreaking work has received acclaim across Europe.

Paolo's partners, Michele Bina and Roberto Rizzello, bring to bear their own invaluable experience in photovoltaic’s, finance, construction, procurement and management.

• Michele’s experience in investment banking, with expertise in the energy sector and specifically in the photovoltaic field, is a major asset. As a consultant for many blue chip clients from poly-silicon producers to large utilities he has helped create effective investment strategies and solutions. He also happens to be a director on the board of PV engineering company - Renewable Energy Technology Inc. - A leading poly-silicon, ingot, and wafer technology provider.
   
  
• Roberto has many years experience and knowledge in construction project management, public works management and tendering. He knows just about everyone in the industry and understands exactly what it takes to get a project off the ground. Working closely with Paola on EPCM, his attention to detail, pragmatic approach and invaluable onsite expertise makes the process of PV System development a whole lot easier to manage.
